How To Make A 130 liter trash can from plastic trash
Polyethylene – the soft plastic that bags and wrappers are made from is water proof, insect proof and makes an excellent material for trash bins. With a heat press and a simple mold 25kg of soft trash plastic can be made into a trash can in 75 minutes
Step 1. Make a panel as normal
Step 2.
Step 3. When panel is done SLIDE it over 8” or 9”
Step 4. Add new plastic to make an new panel OVERLAPPING 2” of the just made panel
Step 5. Press to bond and make a wider panel Top and bottom edges can be thickened if needed
Step 6. Repeat 10 times
Step 7. Roll over pattern and weld two edges together
Step 8. Used double thick 4” wide panels and weld into binsect proof
