Facility Requirements fora single heat press capable of upcycling 500kg a day of soft plastics into 3 or 4 different products
30amp electrical circuit for the heat press plus 20 amp for tools
15 square meters of space for machines, storage and assembly. Can be outdoors or indoors. Tools and equipment in storage and while processing must be dry
Equipment Requirements
A Heat Press
Gloves - High temperature - welders gloves or silicone gloves
Hot air gun – 1000 to 2000 watts
A jig/saber saw
Teflon Sheets and Baking Paper
